Static, dynamic and shock loads
Robot-joint and machine-tool castings with stable machining references.
Drawing review for reducer housings, joint supports, machine bases, spindle housings, chuck bodies and workholding structures.
Cast structures for positioning, rigidity and damping
Anxin accepts drawing-based enquiries for robot reducer housings, joint supports and machine-tool functional castings where rigidity, damping, dimensional stability and controlled machining references matter.
We manufacture component castings and agreed machining, not complete robots, reducers, chucks or machine tools. Assembly accuracy and system performance remain the customer's design responsibility.
Component families available for review
- Robot reducer housings and joint supports
- Machine-tool beds and structural bases
- Spindle housings and bearing supports
- Chuck bodies and workholding structures
- Mounting plates, brackets and machined iron frames

Engineering inputs that define feasibility
Required stiffness, damping and thermal stability
Critical datums, geometric tolerances and bearing fits
Machining sequence and stock allowance
Stress-relief, ageing and surface-treatment requirements
Inspection method, reporting, batch size and annual demand
Manufacturing basis at Anxin
The current portfolio includes three-jaw and four-jaw chuck-body castings, machine-tool base components, bearing supports and industrial housings. These are relevant manufacturing references, not proof of a complete robot or machine-tool programme.
Gray iron grades such as HT250 and HT300 are reference candidates where damping, rigidity and machinability are important. Ductile iron is reviewed where greater strength or ductility is required.
Machining can be planned around agreed primary datums, critical bores, interfaces and surface finish. CMM inspection, stress relief, ageing treatment and special reports are not assumed; they must be specified and confirmed.
What to include in the RFQ
Complete inputs make it easier to define the process, inspection scope and quotation boundary.
- 01Casting and finished-part drawings with datum system
- 02Assembly context, loads and operating speed
- 03Material standard and required properties
- 04Geometric tolerances, bearing fits and surface finish
- 05Stress-relief, ageing and inspection requirements
- 06Machining scope, batch size and annual forecast
Clarify the application boundary first.
Does Anxin supply complete robot joints or reducers?
No. Anxin reviews iron housings, supports and related machined castings. Gears, bearings, motors, encoders, assembly and complete-unit performance validation are outside the stated scope.
Is CMM inspection included?
No inspection method is assumed. Identify the characteristics, datum strategy, gauge or CMM requirement, sampling rate and report format so Anxin can confirm the measurement plan.
Can stress relief or ageing be included?
These requirements can be reviewed when the method, stage, acceptance condition and records are specified. Availability and route are confirmed per drawing and material.
Can Anxin review large or heavy machine structures?
Yes, drawings can be submitted. Envelope, casting weight, section thickness, tooling, lifting, heat treatment, machining travel and logistics are checked before feasibility is confirmed.
