The team reviews material grade, component geometry, process suitability, machining and inspection requirements. Missing details are clarified before a final quotation.
The quotation defines the agreed scope. Tooling costs, ownership, sample requirements, production quantities, delivery terms and timing are established for the project.
Sample quantities and documentation are agreed in advance. Production should proceed against an approved drawing revision and agreed acceptance criteria.
Casting, machining and inspection follow the agreed scope. Packaging, identification and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the order.
Select “Discuss an NDA before technical review” if needed. If an executed NDA is required before disclosure, send the initial enquiry without attachments and share drawings after an agreement is in place.
Share your requirements. Let’s define the right casting and machining scope for your project.
