A manufacturing company rooted in Shanxi

Shanxi Anxin Casting Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2009 in Fanshi County, Shanxi. The site includes 16,500 m² of standardized industrial workshops and a 1,000 m² office building.

Our work centers on drawing-based iron components for compressor and industrial equipment manufacturers. We aim to be a clear, dependable point of contact from the first technical discussion through repeat production.

Casting and machining under coordinated management

The casting project department was formed in 2018. As customer programs extended into machined delivery, Shanxi Anxin Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in February 2022.

The two operations coordinate commercial review, production planning, quality requirements and delivery status. This gives customers a connected route for cast and machined components while keeping responsibilities visible.

Focused on components with demanding applications

Anxin focuses on compressor castings and machine-tool chuck castings and can support more than 100 types of machined components for the compressor industry. The portfolio grows through customer drawings, application feedback and repeat manufacturing experience.

Each enquiry is reviewed on its own requirements. Material, geometry, delivery condition, inspection scope and order volume are confirmed before a manufacturing route is agreed.

Quality governed by systems and daily discipline

A physical and chemical laboratory and an enterprise technical center support material verification, process review and inspection. Quality responsibility is carried through drawing control, production records and agreed acceptance requirements.

Anxin achieved ISO 9001 certification in June 2020 and IATF 16949 certification in July 2024. These systems provide the management framework; dependable execution still comes from disciplined work at every stage.

International cooperation starts with precise information. Drawings, applicable standards, annual demand, target delivery condition and required reports help both teams define the same scope.
