Privacy & drawing confidentiality
This website collects the information you choose to submit for a manufacturing enquiry. Uploaded drawings are used to assess and manage the requested project.
Purpose and access
Anxin’s authorised website administrators can access enquiries and download drawings to manage the requested business discussion. Drawings are not placed in public product pages. Customer enquiry content and drawings are not sent for automated CAD analysis or third-party AI processing. Public website copy may be translated by an AI service before publication; it does not include customer submissions.
Storage and security
Enquiries and files are hosted on the website server. HTTPS protects transport. Administrative access requires authentication. Drawings are stored outside publicly served assets. Submission may involve cross-border transmission depending on your location.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for project follow-up until removed by an administrator. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form with your enquiry reference and the original contact email. Identity may need to be verified. Deleted material may remain in restricted backups for up to 14 days.
Cookies and optional features
The site uses essential session storage for form security, administrator sign-in and saving your privacy choice. Optional live chat, maps and embedded media are blocked unless you consent. If enabled, those third-party providers may store or access information on your device. No advertising or analytics cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Enquiry source measurement
To understand whether visitors find Anxin through search engines, AI search or another website, the site records the first landing page, referring website, UTM parameters, page path and selected contact channel when WhatsApp, email, telephone, iMessage, live chat or the quote entry is clicked. It does not record conversation content or create a cross-site user profile. These records are retained for no more than 180 days.
Confidentiality agreements
The NDA checkbox requests a discussion and does not itself execute an agreement. If you need a signed NDA before disclosure, submit your first enquiry without confidential attachments.
