What does Anxin manufacture?
Custom gray iron and ductile iron components for compressor and industrial equipment applications, with machining scope reviewed per project.
Can you manufacture from my drawing?
Yes. Submit drawings and requirements for a technical assessment and project-specific quotation.
Which drawing formats can I upload?
PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS and STL. Up to 5 files, 25 MB each and 80 MB in total.
Do I need to register?
No. The enquiry form can be submitted without creating an account.
Should I include a 2D drawing with my 3D file?
Yes, where available. A dimensioned drawing communicates tolerances, datums, material, surface finish and revision information that may not be explicit in a model.
Can I enquire without drawings?
Yes. Describe the application and requirements. Technical details may be needed before a final quotation.
Can you supply machined components?
Machining is available subject to drawing review. Specify as-cast, rough-machined or finish-machined delivery.
Which materials are in your portfolio?
Examples include HT200, HT250, HT300, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Final grade and governing standard are confirmed per project.
Are international material grades interchangeable?
Do not assume direct equivalence. State the governing standard and grade so the technical team can confirm requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum viable batch is project-specific and depends on tooling, geometry, process and machining requirements.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is reviewed against material, geometry, tooling, machining, inspection, quantities and delivery terms. Website images do not represent fixed-price stock items.
How long will tooling and production take?
Lead times are confirmed after technical review and capacity assessment. Include your target delivery date in the enquiry.
Are drawings public?
No. Attachments are stored outside the public asset directory and are accessible through the authenticated management area.
Can we arrange an NDA?
Request an NDA discussion on the form. If the agreement must precede disclosure, do not upload confidential drawings until it is executed.
Can I request current certificates?
Yes. Ask for current certification documents and applicable scope as part of supplier qualification.
Are leak tests included?
Testing must be agreed in the project scope. Specify the method, conditions and acceptance criteria.
How do you confirm sample approval?
The sample quantity, report requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Approval should refer to the agreed drawing revision.
Can I arrange a factory visit?
Yes. Submit your company, project background and preferred dates through the enquiry form.
Can I send a revised drawing?
Submit a new enquiry referencing the earlier enquiry number and clearly state the new drawing revision.
How do I request deletion of my enquiry?
Submit a request using the same contact email and quote the enquiry reference. The team may verify the request before removing records and attachments.
