Air compressors and vacuum equipment

This is Anxin’s strongest documented application area. The current portfolio includes compressor housings, bearing supports, crankcases, cylinders, cylinder heads, side and end covers, motor housings, gearbox housings, scroll components and related castings.

The review should define compressor type, internal passages, material standard, machined delivery condition, bearing and sealing interfaces, cleanliness, pressure or leak testing and any traceability records.

Industrial refrigeration equipment

The portfolio includes suction and discharge housings, cylinder-related parts, covers and slide-valve castings used around industrial refrigeration compressor assemblies.

Refrigerant compatibility, pressure boundary, operating temperature, leakage criteria and applicable equipment rules are project-specific. These requirements must be supplied by the customer and agreed before quotation; a similar geometry alone does not establish suitability.

Machine tools and workholding

Existing product experience includes chuck bodies, large chuck bodies, machine-tool bases and related structural castings. Gray iron can be relevant where stiffness, vibration damping, dimensional stability and machinability are central to the design.

The drawing review should identify guideways, spindle or bearing interfaces, datum strategy, stress relief or heat treatment, machining sequence, geometric tolerances and the final inspection method. Anxin supplies cast or machined components rather than complete machine tools or chuck assemblies.

Pumps, valves and fluid handling

Volute-like casings, valve bodies, bearing housings, covers and support castings can fall within the wider application range of gray or ductile iron. These are drawing-reviewed opportunities, not a blanket claim for every fluid service.

The enquiry must state the fluid, concentration, temperature, pressure, corrosion or erosion exposure, wall-thickness criteria, pressure-test method and governing standard. Wetted or pressure-retaining parts require explicit material and acceptance approval.

Gearbox housings, bearing chambers, motor housings, carriers, covers and mounting structures are realistic component families for technical review. Typical priorities include alignment, bearing-seat geometry, rigidity, vibration behaviour, heat dissipation and repeatable machining references.

Please identify torque and load cases, duty cycle, lubrication environment, critical bores, coaxiality or runout, surface finish and whether the component is required as-cast, rough-machined or finish-machined.

Frames, bases, brackets, covers, support seats and equipment housings can serve process machinery, material handling, hydraulics, blowers, agricultural or construction equipment and other industrial systems when part size and requirements match the available process.

Safety-critical, fatigue-critical, regulated or unfamiliar applications require additional qualification. A complete drawing, service description, inspection plan, expected batch and annual demand allow Anxin to give a grounded answer instead of an assumption.

MATERIAL & FUNCTION

Define the duty first, then confirm grade and standard.

Gray iron

Current reference grades such as HT200, HT250 and HT300 are commonly considered for housings, bases, cylinders and supports where stiffness, damping, dimensional stability and machinability matter. A grade must be confirmed together with its governing standard.

Ductile iron

Current reference grades such as QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3 may suit components needing greater strength, ductility or load capacity. Actual selection still depends on wall thickness, load, temperature, impact, fatigue and inspection requirements.
