Suitability is confirmed only after review of the drawing, applicable material standard, service medium, temperature, pressure, sealing duty, inspection criteria and required delivery condition.

Manufacturing basis at Anxin
Our current portfolio includes compressor and refrigeration castings such as suction housings, discharge housings, cylinders, covers and related machined iron components.
Available casting routes include sand-coated iron mold, shell molding and resin sand. Gray iron and ductile iron candidates are selected against the drawing and governing standard, rather than by application name alone.
Casting and machining can be coordinated within an agreed delivery scope. Pressure or leak testing, special cleanliness, NDT and project-specific records are included only when confirmed during technical review.

Can Anxin make castings for data-center liquid-cooling projects?
Yes, Anxin accepts drawings for relevant compressor, pump and valve-related iron components. The application and every critical requirement must pass project-specific technical review before quotation.
Are leak and pressure tests included by default?
No. State the test medium, pressure, duration, allowable leakage, governing standard and record format. Anxin will confirm the available test scope or an agreed external arrangement during review.
Can Anxin supply CDU pump bodies or valve bodies?
Such components can be submitted for review. Fluid compatibility, design pressure, wall transitions, internal passages, sealing faces and inspection requirements must be defined in the enquiry.
Does Anxin supply complete chillers or liquid-cooling systems?
No. Anxin is a drawing-based iron casting and machining manufacturer for components. System design, controls, assembly and system certification remain outside the stated scope.
