MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Connected manufacturing, from mold to machined component.

Explore the equipment, processes and review steps behind Anxin's iron casting, finishing and precision machining work.

FROM DRAWING TO COMPONENT

Casting, finishing and machining aligned to one technical specification.

Each project starts with the drawing and application. Material, process, delivery condition, critical dimensions and acceptance scope are defined before tooling, sampling and production.

Drawing and process review

A new project starts with the part drawing, application and delivery condition. We review material grade and standard, casting process, machining allowance, critical dimensions, surface requirements, inspection scope, expected batches and annual demand before defining tooling and samples.

02

Iron-mold coated-sand and shell molding

The foundry operates two fully automatic iron-mold coated-sand lines, one semi-automatic iron-mold coated-sand line and one shell-molding line. The first iron-mold line has two 2.5-tonne electric furnaces and the second has two 1.5-tonne electric furnaces. Their combined designed capacity is 30,000 tonnes.

A supporting shell and core-making workshop has more than 50 core-making machines for different product requirements.

03

Resin-sand molding and reclamation

Two resin-sand molding machines and a dedicated sand reclamation and treatment system support larger or process-specific castings. The resin-sand workshop has a designed capacity of 150 tonnes per month. Final process selection depends on component geometry, material, tooling and order quantity.

04

Gray and ductile iron

Reference grades in the current portfolio include HT200, HT250, HT300, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Customers should state the governing material standard, grade and any additional mechanical or microstructural requirements. Cross-standard equivalents are confirmed through technical review rather than assumed.

05

Finishing and heat treatment

Two four-station chain shot-blasting machines, one tumble shot-blasting machine and one heat-treatment furnace support post-processing. Approximately 3,000 m² is allocated to grinding, detailed finishing and related operations. The required surface condition, cleanliness and testing scope should be defined in the project specification.

06

Precision machining

The 5,000 m² machining workshop houses more than 50 machines, including gantry mills, horizontal and vertical machining centers, lathes, honing equipment, multi-spindle drills, tapping machines and wire-cut EDM. A fully automated chuck machining line supports repeat production.

Finished dimensions, tolerances, datums, surface roughness and inspection reports are agreed against the controlled drawing.
