Torque, load spectrum and duty cycle
Transmission castings for electrified machinery and industrial drives.
Drawing review for planetary carriers, drive discs, gearbox housings, bearing chambers and mounting castings used in electrified machinery.
Drawing-based transmission components for electrified machinery
Anxin accepts project enquiries for iron castings used in reducers and drive systems for electrified off-highway, agricultural, construction and industrial machinery. We manufacture components rather than complete gearboxes or drive systems.
IATF 16949 is a quality-management credential; it does not by itself approve a component or place a supplier on a customer's approved list. Each programme follows its own qualification.
Component families available for review
- Planetary carriers and carrier structures
- High-torque drive discs and mounting hubs
- Gearbox and reducer housings
- Bearing chambers and motor mounting housings
- Covers, brackets and machined support castings

Engineering inputs that define feasibility
Rotational speed, lubrication and heat path
Fatigue, impact and shock-load requirements
Gear and bearing alignment datums
Material properties, section thickness and heat treatment
NDT, traceability, prototype validation and annual volume
Manufacturing basis at Anxin
The existing industrial portfolio includes planetary carriers, drive discs, gearbox housings, bearing chambers, motor housings and machined mounting components.
Ductile iron references include QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3. Higher grades or a customer's EN, ASTM, DIN or other specification require material and process review; QT800 is not presented as a standard capability.
Casting, machining and inspection scope can be coordinated around defined datums and acceptance criteria. Safety-critical use, special fatigue validation, heat treatment and NDT require additional qualification.
What to include in the RFQ
Complete inputs make it easier to define the process, inspection scope and quotation boundary.
- 01Part drawing, assembly context and revision
- 02Torque, load spectrum, speed and duty cycle
- 03Material standard and required mechanical properties
- 04Gear, bearing and sealing datums
- 05Heat treatment, NDT and validation plan
- 06Prototype demand, annual volume and delivery condition
Clarify the application boundary first.
Does IATF 16949 mean automatic approval for an automotive or machinery programme?
No. It confirms the quality-management system scope shown on the certificate. Customer audits, APQP or PPAP requirements, product validation and supplier approval remain programme-specific.
Can Anxin manufacture QT600 or QT800 planetary carriers?
QT600-3 is within the current reference-grade range and still requires drawing review. QT800 or any higher-strength specification is subject to a separate material, heat-treatment, section and validation assessment.
Can safety-critical transmission parts be reviewed?
They can be submitted, but safety classification, load cases, fatigue targets, special characteristics, NDT, traceability and approval requirements must be stated before Anxin confirms participation.
Does Anxin supply complete gearboxes?
No. The stated scope covers custom iron castings and agreed machining. Gears, bearings, assembly, lubrication systems and complete gearbox validation are outside the standard scope.
