Nein. Ähnliche Festigkeitsbezeichnungen reichen für eine Gleichsetzung nicht aus. Maßgebend sind Normausgabe, Probenlage, Wanddicke, mechanische Eigenschaften und die vereinbarten Prüfungen.
Welche Prüfunterlagen können angefragt werden?
Werkstoffbericht, Maßprotokoll, Härte- oder Gefügeprüfung und weitere projektspezifische Nachweise können im RFQ definiert werden. Anxin bestätigt Umfang und Format vor Auftrag.
Sind Guss und Zerspanung in einem Projekt möglich?
Anxin bewertet Projekte mit Guss und anschließender Bearbeitung. Bearbeitungsbezüge, Aufmaße, Passungen, Dichtflächen und Prüfmerkmale müssen aus der Zeichnung hervorgehen.
